New Jersey has had a rough winter. We had more snow this year than I can remember in all the years I have lived here (and that is all my life). With that said, I am welcoming spring with open OPEN arms. I found some amazing floral dresses for spring and they are an absolute bargain. I shared in an earlier blog post that I am an avid Nordstrom Rack shopper. I find they offer tremendous value in the products they offer (I mean duh, they are Nordstrom) without the hefty price tags. First up is a dress by Spirit of Grace - purchased at Nordstrom Rack for $35! This dress comes in a ton of different prints and would make an awesome beach cover up. It is also bump and nursing friendly since it is so stretchy.
Next is a Sanctuary dress which I am obsessed with. I love the colors and how warm and neutral they are. This would make a great "red, white and blue" holiday dress without it being so in your face. The buttons and tie make it really flattering and fit well to your body. It is also nursing friendly! I would size up for the bump and tie it above your belly to transition it to a maternity look. The straps also tie which makes them adjustable.
The next 2 dresses aren't actually from Nordstrom Rack, although this Lively dress was originally purchased there for $89 (a steal since it is originally $225) however I found it at Walmart for $35! Yep that is it. Steal of the century! Certainly more dressy than the other options therefore it would work great for a shower or wedding this spring and summer! It does run a little bit more narrow through the hip. I would size up if in between sizes.
This last dress is from Banana Republic. I love Banana for their extended size run. This dress is also nursing friendly since it has a clasp to close the front. I would size up for a bump and pull the elastic over your belly and blouse the top to transition it to a maternity style. I got this dress for 50% off and I would recommend waiting for a sale. The original retail is $130.
